Dwight Evans for Congress

John --

After North Carolina's Board of Elections confirmed that votes were stolen in a tight race for the state's 9th Congressional District, Democrat Dan McCready is getting a re-do. And -- now -- his special election is just one month away.

But there's some good news:

"Contested NC House race in dead heat"
- The Hill, 7/22/19

"Democrat Dan McCready and North Carolina Republican State Senator Dan Bishop are neck and neck in their race...tied at 46 percent each among likely voters in the district's September 10 special election."

That's right, John, we have a real opportunity to flip the 9th from red to blue next month.

But McCready won't be able to get over the finish line without our help. Will you join me in supporting his campaign by chipping in $9 to today?

Rush a $9 donation to flip the 9th today:

This one's personal for me, John. Not only were votes stolen from the American people, but Republican operatives decisively targeted elderly African-Americans in the district. 1,000 unsealed absentee ballots went "missing," and the unfair race was decided by just 453 votes. It's up to us to show our opposition that racially-motivated voter suppression cannot (and will not) be tolerated.

Split a donation to our campaigns now to stand up for voting rights and make sure Dan McCready is ready for his re-do next month >>

Together, we can make sure the voters of NC-09 get the justice -- and the leadership -- they want and deserve.

Thanks for your support,

Dwight
