The Nottingham 10K returns this Sunday with a new and improved route around the city. If you're still interested in taking part, you can sign up on the day from 7am at the race office.

Or, why not pick a point along the route to cheer on the runners? Dedicated cheer points are at Huntingdon Street, Forest Recreation Ground, Castle Boulevard and the Park Estate.

If you're watching from the Forest Rec, Homemade Cafe will be open from 9.30am serving coffee, brunch, cakes and shakes (booking in advance is recommended for brunch).

The brand new Ibiza Sunset Tour features the 26-piece orchestra playing some of the greatest music from the white isle in the past 30 years, including artists such as Rudimental, Ian Van Dahl, Daft Punk, Robert Miles, Baby D, Tiesto, Fatboy Slim, Prodigy, Shapeshifters and many more!

The event will also feature a silent disco stage, vocal performances, a live MC, glitter artists, laser show, pyrotechnics and fire breathers.
