Judicial Watch’s investigations and litigation continue without a break…

Dear Judicial Watch Member,

So many things have been happening recently that I wanted to be sure you had a chance to read the email below…

Because since I first sent this email to you, the U.S. Supreme Court agreed with our “friend of the court” brief and struck down the Colorado Supreme Court decision to bar Donald Trump from the state’s presidential primary ballot; we have also sued Mississippi over its law extending Election Day by five business days; and we have filed new lawsuits in California and Massachusetts over “reverse racism” programs!

We are making a big impact on multiple fronts…please help us with a special contribution today!

Thank you, as always, for your past support of Judicial Watch.

Thank you,

Tom Fitton

Dear Judicial Watch Member,

I simply cannot overstate this…

Your support has never been more important than it is today!

Because right now we are carrying the largest and most important caseload in our 30-year history…and making a major impact for the rule of law!

And that’s why I ask you to make a contribution today.

Here’s why we need your help now.

We continue to fight for honest elections

We have “warned” Illinois and California that we are ready to sue them if they don’t take steps to clean their voter rolls as required by federal law (Illinois) and if they don’t live up to all the terms of a previous voter roll settlement with Judicial Watch (California), while we are also in court against Illinois over its reckless law permitting ballots to be counted up to two weeks after Election Day…which opens wide the door to voter fraud!

And just a few days ago, we filed (with our friends at the Allied Education Foundation) a “friend of the court” brief in the U.S. Supreme Court in support of former President Trump’s challenge to the Colorado Supreme Court’s unprecedented decision to remove him from the 2024 presidential primary ballot.

The challenges to honest elections are enormous…and ongoing, which is why your support today is so critically needed!

We are exposing the blatant targeting of traditional Catholics by the corrupt and politically-driven Biden FBI.

In response to a Judicial Watch lawsuit, the FBI was forced to release documents showing that the agency’s Office of General Counsel reviewed the targeting of traditional Catholics by the agency’s Richmond field office…and that contrary to statements by FBI Director Christopher Wray, other field offices were involved in this spy operation!

It also seems that this scheme was approved by top lawyers at the FBI…which makes this scandal targeting law-abiding Americans even more frightening!

You can count on Judicial Watch to keep fighting to get to all the facts…and to accountability!

Contribute

And we keep fighting to stop the Left from enacting laws and programs that create discrimination in America.

We have been given the green light in our historic lawsuit in Minnesota on behalf of a Minneapolis taxpayer challenging a teachers’ contract that provides discriminatory job protections to certain racial minorities.

Judicial Watch believes that no discrimination means no discrimination!

Your contribution today will help us keep fighting the Left’s efforts to overturn our laws against discrimination based on race, gender or ethnicity to in order to advance their woke agenda!

Contribute

Thanks to our members’ support, Judicial Watch is doing that the Department of Justice, Congress and the Dominant Media should be doing…but won’t!

And as I said before, we are carrying the largest and most important caseload in our history…and your support is vital to our continued success

Thank you!

Sincerely,

Thomas Fitton
President
