Folks, you’re going to hear a lot about the quarterly FEC filing deadline in the coming weeks. It’s one of the most significant moments of any campaign, and especially for an ultra-competitive and closely-watched campaign like ours.
But before I ask you to chip in to help us hit our goal before the deadline, I think you deserve to know why it’s so important.

OK, let’s get right into it.
The Federal Election Commission (FEC) oversees the money coming into and out of all federal campaigns.
At the end of each fiscal quarter, campaigns file a record of all financial data with the FEC. The report includes information like the amount, origin, and type of each contribution; a record of all expenditures; and total amount raised and spent.
After two weeks, these reports become publicly available – journalists, supporters, political experts, and of course, my GOP opponents can see exactly how this campaign is doing.
In other words, all our cards are on the table.
That’s why your small-dollar contributions make such a large impact: They help us put our money where our mouth is. That’s how we prove we have the resources and grassroots support to take on the MAGA money machine and win.
