John, our momentum is growing.
Chloe’s Law passed the House Judiciary in Wyoming.
SF0099 – named after our client Chloe Cole – would BAN “gender affirming care” for minors in Wyoming – joining a growing coalition of states taking a stand for America’s children.
This is especially promising news after the horrific bill making the rounds through the Illinois legislature that aims to redefine “abused child” to include minors whose parents object to their children receiving puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, transgender surgeries, and abortions.
I hope you’re as encouraged as I am, John.
Americans of every political party, religion and background have listened to stories like Chloe’s, like Layla’s, and like Luka’s.
They’ve now heard about the lifelong complications, the coercion, and the financial incentive Big Pharma has to create lifelong patients out of vulnerable kids.
And together we’re saying enough is enough.
This is incredible news, and it is proof that we can win against the medical, educational, and political institutions harming vulnerable children, putting them under the knife and on dangerous medications.
But good legislation, alone, is not enough to put an end to the butchery of America’s children.
We must file lawsuits too.
Our cases are crucial to protecting children all over the country, because we believe that every child – whether they’re in California or Kansas – deserves protection from predatory transgender activists.
Doctors coerced Chloe Cole into a double mastectomy when she was 15 years old; they coerced Layla Jane into a double mastectomy when she was 13 years old; they coerced Luka Hein into a double mastectomy when she was 16 years old.
These young women were young girls in need of counseling and support but instead doctors performed permanent life-altering surgeries on them…
…And these young women are dealing with the consequences, trauma, and regret today.
This never should have happened.
Our lawsuits against gender clinics on behalf of Chloe, Layla, and Luka are the best avenues to hold these activist physicians accountable for their unthinkable actions.
We cannot sit back while this happens to other vulnerable young girls.
I hope I can count on your continued support.
