Last month, a ruling from the Alabama Supreme Court put reproductive healthcare like in vitro fertilization at risk, affecting countless women and families.

At the same time, 125 House Republicans (including Speaker Mike Johnson) have sponsored the Life at Conception Act, which would ban IVF nationwide.

It’s never been more important for Congress to codify abortion rights into law. But my Republican opponent, Marc Molinaro, refuses to do so. He opposed abortion rights here in New York, and he played a pivotal role in making Mike Johnson the Speaker of the House despite his clear anti-choice record.
