In years past, young people across the South & Midwest have led the reproductive justice movement and achieved amazing momentum. From canvassing neighborhoods, to engaging legislators, to learning at Leadership Summits, and rallying at festivals like Free the Pill or the Abortion Positive Tour: we have made it clear that our lives, our identities, and our decisions are not up for debate. No matter how politicians try to stigmatize us, we will never stop fighting for justice.💥
In 2024, we're up against huge challenges to our core values. Core values that I know you share with us, friend. The political attacks on abortion rights, gatekeeping of sexual health and education, state violence, discrimination against LGBTQIA+ people, and stigma against our bodies, genders, and sex, all have the potential to drastically limit opportunities, rights, and well-being for generations to come.
But together we are powerful. And will fight back. Young people have always been a force to be reckoned with, fueling the flame for change.
