I can’t believe I have to say this, but I will: An embryo should not be considered an unborn child or human being.

If you’ve been following along with the madness happening in Alabama, then you may have heard that the state Supreme Court declared that frozen embryos should be considered living children.

Not only did this decision cause a whirlwind for many couples seeking IVF treatments, but it left unanswered questions for women about what decisions they can make regarding their reproductive rights.

When will these attacks stop? As if overturning Roe and passing abortion bans weren’t enough, the GOP is hellbent on gaining full control over women’s bodies and futures.
