Abolition Retreat Switzerland is just twelve weeks away!
We’re honored that renowned Swedish police detective Simon Haggstrom will be joining us at the retreat to share his anti-trafficking insight with all of you.
Simon has spent 15 years helping to enforce the Nordic model in Sweden, the model of law that criminalizes sex buyers and provides assistance to prostituted women.
This law has helped to cut sexual exploitation in half across Sweden, the first nation to introduce this kind of legislation.
He has firsthand experience battling on the front lines and is widely respected in the abolitionist community for successfully implementing this law that stifles sex buying, the root cause of sex trafficking.
With his busy schedule, Simon rarely accepts offers to speak publicly so we’re especially grateful to have him share his hard-earned wisdom with you at the retreat.
You’ll also be learning from Benjamin Nolot, Exodus Cry’s CEO and Founder, as well as the director of all our films, and Helen Taylor, Exodus Cry’s Vice President of Impact, with over a decade of experience reaching and assisting victims of sexual exploitation.
From May 27-31, you’ll get to experience eight insight-packed sessions and we just added breakout sessions as well, so you can delve deeper into specific areas of this work that appeal to you.
Check out the full schedule we added to the bottom of the Abolition Retreat site here.
There’s still time for you to take advantage of the early bird pricing, so be sure and reserve your spot before the April 1 price increase!
