9-0 |
On Monday, The Supreme Court of the United States ruled unanimously that states lack the power to reject presidential candidates on the basis of accusations of rebellion or insurrection. The decision restored President Trump’s name on Colorado’s ballot as well as several other state ballots. |
In America, our justice system is anchored on the premise of “innocent until proven guilty.” In America, we have the right to vote for anyone we choose. To do otherwise would be the end of our democratic republic; and the end of free and fair elections, which are the cornerstone of that republic. |
From a legal standpoint, the Colorado case was always a stretch. |
Colorado cited Amendment 14, Section 3 of the Constitution of the United States, which states, in relevant part, that candidates are ineligible for office if they "shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion" against the Constitution of the United States. That didn’t happen. |
Of course, facts are immaterial to our totalitarian media class, whose reaction to the 9-0 (UNANIMOUS) ruling was nothing short of hysterical (in every sense of the word). Keith Olbermann makes our Media Hot Take Wall of Shame with his call for the dissolution of an entire branch of government and the suggestion that 3 female Supreme Court Justices are illiterate: |

Thank you for your input, Keith. Moving on … |

Super Tuesday Voting Irregularities Report |
True the Vote received numerous reports of primary voting problems into our HelpLine. Many were so widespread even mainstream media were forced to report the most glaring examples: |
In California, new polling machines received mixed reviews, as some voters applauded the machines while others blamed the new system for long lines that forced stations open past closing time, according to a report by the Los Angeles Times. |
Voters in Texas also encountered long lines. The state has led the South in polling station closures over the past year, according to The Guardian. |
Social media reports included, but were certainly not limited to: |
|
|
|
Add to all of that, the North Carolina State Board of Elections’ advance announcement that they will be reporting election results later than usual due to changes in the state law. |
Expect the unexpected, friends. It is reasonable to demand that any problems experienced in the Primary be addressed before the General. If you have an issue to report, please let us hear from you. We will follow up with you and the jurisdiction to assist in finding resolution. |

MUST READ: The Wingate Affidavit |
On Wednesday, Rasmussen Reports tweeted out an important document in the Fani Willis RICO case. Mark Wingate was a member of the Fulton County Board of Elections since 2017. This week, Mr. Wingate signed an affidavit stating that he did not vote to certify the results of the 2020 election in Georgia on the grounds that, among other things: |
He questioned the voter registration counts on the active and inactive voter rolls; The Board did not perform signature verification on any absentee-by-mail ballot in the 2020 election The Board was never provided the chain of custody documents it requested The Board was never provided surveillance footage of the dropboxes that were requested There had been no answers to the allegations of misconduct in the final counting at the State Farm Arena used to certify the 2020 election.
|
Rasmussen concludes: This sworn affidavit indicates NO SIGNATURE VERIFICATION was done for 148,000 mail-in ballots. Joe Biden didn't 'win' Georgia in Nov 2020. |
Below is the open records request response we received from Fulton County when we asked for copies of the 2020 ballot dropbox surveillance video. |
This response is entirely consistent with Mr. Wingate’s affidavit: |
|
The 2020 election should not have been certified in Georgia. Period. It’s no wonder the establishment has worked so hard to stop us … all of us. |
