Dear friend, we hope you are holding up well.

To those who may not know us, we are the women on HRC’s Executive Leadership
team: Nicole Cozier oversees our crucial diversity, equity and inclusion work,
Nicole Greenidge-Hoskins leads our General Counsel's office, Joni Madison
oversees HRC's operational infrastructure and staff support, JoDee Winterhof
leads our political, policy and legislative efforts.

Our roles are varied but they are tied together by something important: you.
With your wellbeing so front-of-mind, we got together to discuss what we could
share with you that may help.

As we talked, our conversation turned to Women’s History Month
[[link removed]] and all the stories of trailblazing women who came before us. They’ve been
inspiring us through this uncertain time and we hope they may be a source of
inspiration for you right now, too.

With just a few days left in March, we hope you’ll join us in recognizing and
honoring the incredible LGBTQ women and allies who fought to get us to where we
are today — both as a celebration of their contributions and as a source of
motivation for all of us to keep pushing forward.

We all have the power in us to make history. So, let’s come together and make
it.

First and foremost, you must prioritize your health. Our teams across the
organization have come up with a number of wonderful resources that will help
keep you safe as the COVID-19 pandemic progresses. Take a look at our resource page to learn more.

Then, we hope you’ll reengage in our work and take action from your home in a
number of important ways:

* Sign up to volunteer virtually with HRC

* Get 2020-ready by reviewing and promoting our election resources

* Register to vote

* Become a part of our Mobile Action Network* by texting JOIN to 472472.
* And, last but certainly not least, make a gift to HRC
[[link removed]] .

This time is unlike anything any of us has experienced — of that much, we’re
sure. So many in our community are juggling unpredictable job markets, financial
instability, child and family care needs (as many of us are home with our
children), concerns about our own health and wellbeing and a myriad of other
stressors that come with this uncharted territory.

Yet, for better or for worse, overcoming struggle is a part of who we are as a
community.

So, like the brilliant women we’re celebrating this Women’s History Month, we
hope you’ll continue to fight back against adversity, persevere through these
distressing times and maybe, just maybe, come out on the other side of all this
having made the world a better place.

Thank you for being a part of our HRC family — we are so grateful to have you by
our side even when the work and the world get tough. Please stay healthy in the
weeks ahead.

Then, we hope you’ll reengage in our work and take action from your home in a
number of important ways:

* We are fighting for one simple belief: that no matter who you are or how you
identify, you deserve full equality and justice.
* Never stop marching. Join the millions uniting for equality.
