John,
Can you pitch in just $4?
Yep, I’m being serious. Thousands of people have contributed to our campaign, and most have donated between $4 - $20. You can imagine when thousands pitch in some pocket change or just a few dollars, it all adds up.
This is a people-powered campaign. We are literally relying on thousands of people to give small donations that add up to big change.
I know that you know change often comes from the bottom up. I’m running in the 2nd largest county in Georgia, and the most Democratic county, to make change happen at the local level. The progressive change we make here, in the deep south, will radiate out to nearby communities, inspiring others to see what is possible.
I did that in Clarkston, when we passed the first decriminalization of marijuana, raised the minimum wage to $15/hr and made Election Day a city holiday, others soon followed.
Help me be a leader here in the deep south, making change where we can make change now.
All it takes is a small donation and a belief that a critical mass of individuals can create the world we wish to live in. Help us make that change real.
Thank you,
- Ted
