How the White House is continuing to prioritize equity
In the wake of the White House&rsquo;s latest round of 
[link removed]
equity action plans, Urban&rsquo;s early analysis shows the 2023 plans focus more on distributional and structural actions, such as allocating federal dollars and updating program design and delivery to improve outcomes.


To better understand patterns across the plans, Urban developed a text mining approach to identify common themes in the text of the 2023 equity action plans. Trends include increasing community engagement, creating tangible progress metrics, and more.
