Dear Fellow Patriot,
We are all familiar with the sentiment – 'Freedom of speech is the cornerstone of democracy.' Yet, it seems that this fundamental right is under threat on the very grounds that are meant to nurture it: our public schools.
Jaiden Rodriguez, a Colorado junior high student, is facing an alarming situation. He was kicked out of class for having a “Dont Tread on Me' flag patch, otherwise known as the Gadsden flag on his backpack. Does that sound like free speech to you?
You might be asking yourself: why should I be concerned?
Well, imagine a society where our children are taught to stay silent and discouraged from speaking their minds in school. If left unchecked, this sort of thing could become normal. That's not the country that our Founders sought to create — and we must defend liberty at every opportunity.
But the good news is, you can help fight back right now and can ensure that the constitutional rights of students like Jaiden are respected and protected.
Our team of attorneys has filed a lawsuit against Jaiden's school district to bar them from continuing this unconstitutional censorship. If we are successful, this will create precedent that can protect all students across the nation from being kicked out of class for expressing their beliefs and patriotism.
