Biden has spent the past three years ignoring the crisis his open-border policies have created, and the Democrat-controlled Senate refuses to work with House Republicans to come to a solution.

In Texas, we passed Senate Bill 4 last session to give us the right to arrest and deport anyone who crosses the border illegally. It’s tied up in the court system. I hope we get a favorable ruling.


Biden will not stop us from securing our southern border and protecting Texas.
