During the final webinar in our Community-Driven Innovation: Shifting Power, Solving Problems webinar series ([link removed]) , local community partners share their experience developing and testing a tool to improve the equitable and inclusive integration of promotoras at a hospital. During this facilitated discussion, which features a promotora, community-based organization leader, and hospital champion, panelists will highlight identifying an opportunity for community-driven innovation, share lessons learned from designing and testing this tool, and describe the impact of shifting power on community health outcomes.

Join us as we highlight the best practices and lessons learned from this case study and reflect on the process and importance of community-driven change.
