We can’t let Republicans get away with these outright lies!

Last week, national Republicans accused Lucy of “putting politics over everything… even saving lives.” That smear is maddening! Imagine saying that about a fearless gun safety advocate whose son lost his life to gun violence. 

Next, our opponent Karen Handel (who we only defeated by 1% in 2018) took a jab at Lucy in one of her fundraising emails:

 

We can’t let Republicans get away with these outright lies, John. This is ludicrous -- Handel’s email is totally bogus. Can you chip in $10 or $20 right now to help us fight back and set the record straight? We’re looking to raise another $5,220.50 before our end-of-quarter deadline on Tuesday night.

While Lucy has been working hard to ensure that her constituents have a voice in DC during such uncertain times, Karen Handel and the Republican Party are taking pot shots at Lucy from behind their computer keyboards and laughing all the way to the bank.

Frankly, it’s unbelievable to me that Karen Handel is playing these partisan games right now.

John, if you’re able to pitch in any amount right now, you can help Lucy hit our end-of-quarter fundraising deadline before Tuesday night, and make sure she’s able to keep providing leadership in Washington.

It’s my job to worry about our campaign fundraising before this deadline, I don’t want to have to distract Lucy from the more important work she’s got to do.
