Sorry for the late email, friend.
We’re less than a week away from our biggest deadline so far, and I’ve got to be honest: We are not where we should be. If we don’t make up the difference in these next three days, I’m afraid not only will Pete Stauber outraise us, but that we will need to make cuts to our programs and roll back our voter outreach.
In a red to blue race like this one, we cannot make rollbacks. The truth is, I didn’t want to share this at all, but it’s important to me that we’re transparent about how your donations support us.
I believe in the power of this movement. I believe in our mission: to end the corporate greed that has caused an untenable crisis in the American health care system. And I know we’ve got the determination to go far.
But last quarter, Republican incumbent Pete Stauber outraised us. And he did it with the help of corporations and the uber-wealthy. Will you step up and donate $25, or whatever makes sense for you, to help Quinn turn the tables on Stauber and outraise him this quarter?
