Tell the FDA: End Animal Testing ([link removed])
[link removed]

Friend,

Right now, hundreds of thousands of animals are trapped in harsh, sterile laboratories across the country. Sweet dogs, gentle rabbits and intelligent monkeys are being injected or force-fed with potentially toxic substances. These poor animals are dosed again and again despite the dramatically harmful effects, like fevers, tremors, rapid heart rates, labored breathing and unsteadiness. And many don't survive the tests.

But it doesn’t have to be this way. You can help save countless animals from this painful fate. Please, send a message to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and demand an end to animal testing! ([link removed])

Some will argue that animal testing is an unfortunate but necessary tool to improve human lives. But we’ve seen the numbers, and almost 90% of drugs tested in animal trials FAIL in human trials!

Many non-animal testing methods already exist, friend. What’s more, these methods are proving to be more effective and accurate than testing on animals, but drug companies know that animal tests are the easiest and fastest path to FDA approval. And although we're encouraged by the FDA's work to develop and use non-animal testing, if we have any hope of ending the cruelty of animal testing, the FDA must make it clear that animal tests are not required for drug approval, as many companies believe.

We’re counting on people like you, who care about protecting vulnerable animals, to put pressure on the FDA to fix their outdated drug approval process and end animal testing for good. Add your name to demand the FDA commit to the development and acceptance of more accurate, non-animal testing methods now. ([link removed])

Sincerely,
