Polls are now closed in California and I want to take a moment to thank you all for your support. The initial results are looking good, but we know it’s going to take a few days before we know the final tally.

While we wait, I just wanted to send a quick note to express once again how much this grassroots team means to me. Many of you have been on this team since the 2018 Blue Wave, believing in me when no one thought we could flip this seat blue.

Some of you joined after I stood up to Trump and made it clear that his attacks on our democracy were an existential threat.

And some of you may have just joined recently, knowing that this is one of the most important races this year for Democrats to take back control of Congress.

No matter how long you’ve been on this team, every single petition, every single reply, and yes every single donation have fueled me and my team. Thank you. I know we still have a lot of work to do to win in November, but tonight I hope you feel all the gratitude I’m sending your way. We’re all in this together.
