When the congressional maps were gerrymandered with a map that would likely have resulted in an 8 Democrat - 0 Republican congressional delegation, I sued, and with the help of Judicial Watch, won. Now Andy Harris's seat is safe, District 6 is very competitive, and we have a shot to win other districts in the state given the right circumstances.
