We have the rights and freedoms we’ve come to know and love today because the colonists fought for liberty.
Friend – The Boston Tea Party was one of the most important moments in American history. Colonists were tired of being taxed without the representation that was supposed to accompany the taxes they paid.
They poured their English tea into the Boston Harbor, their first act of defiance against the British. This defiance ignited the American spirit and the fight for the very rights and freedoms we’ve come to know and love today.
Friend, the colonists showed us that liberty is worth fighting for – at any time, in any place, at any moment. And that’s something I remind myself of as I take on the Washington elites and fight for liberty and the Constitution.
The road to freedom and liberty wasn’t easy for the colonists, and it’s not easy for us now. But together, we can and will protect our rights for generations to come.
Friend, I'm not asking you to throw tea in the harbor. But I am asking you to take a stand.
One great way to do that is by defending our values, fighting for liberty, preserving the Constitution, and becoming a 2024 “In Liberty” member today.
