Another senior community informed a resident she couldn't post a Bible study on their community calendar. In this case, they said she could still proceed, but only if she changed the name to "ancient book study" because the word "Bible" could be "offensive" to others.

We've taken on multiple senior centers for banning Bible studies – and won.

We quickly sent a legal letter explaining this was a violation of our client's rights and urged them to reverse their decision. The facility quickly changed course and permitted the Bible study, and allowed our client to call it just that – a Bible study – on public calendars and displays.

A small Florida church was searching for a place to host its Sunday services and contacted the local public library. The church was notified of a blatantly unconstitutional policy that specifically excludes religious organizations from using library spaces and meeting rooms.

The library does permit non-religious nonprofit, governmental, and for-profit entities and educational institutions.

We took action, demanding that the library amend its unlawful policy, remove the provision, and allow our client to host its weekly services there.
