RCV at Party Conventions – We Need Your Help
It’s convention season in Minnesota and we’ll be at dozens of conventions across the state from now through May educating convention goers and building support for ranked choice voting among candidates and delegates! Having a strong presence at conventions is key to electing more pro-RCV candidates to the Minnesota legislature and other offices.
If you caucused this year and are a delegate (or alternate) to your upcoming senate district or county convention, we want to know! Please let us know by filling in this quick form and we’ll follow up to share how you can advance ranked choice voting at your convention.
Whether or not you’re a delegate, we would love your help volunteering at your convention or another convention when the date works for you. Let us know by filling in this form. Volunteers table and talk with candidates and delegates about ranked choice voting and our legislation, collect signatures of support, and show support for legislators and candidates.
We will provide full training so don’t worry if you’ve not worked a convention before -- new volunteers are welcome!
This is a key opportunity to build support for RCV and our legislation and to help elect a pro-RCV legislature this year.
