Welcoming JoAnn Hsueh as
Vice President of Program and Communications

The Foundation for Child Development (FCD) is proud to announce the appointment of JoAnn Hsueh as the Vice President of Program and Communications.
JoAnn brings a wealth of expertise in equity-informed research methods, advanced quantitative techniques, and a deep commitment to improving the lives of young children and their families affected by racial, social, and economic inequalities.
In her new role, JoAnn will work closely with Vivian Tseng, providing strategic leadership in developing, implementing, and evaluating FCD’s grantmaking and communications activities. Furthermore, JoAnn has been actively involved in shaping FCD's Young Scholars Program, serving on the Advisory Committee since 2019 and taking on the role of Committee Chair in 2022.
