Last month, Donald Trump was here in Michigan.
Our GOP opponents lined up to take a photo with him and urge his support:

That’s right. Two of our serious Republican opponents proudly stood by Trump as he criticized union workers, attacked voting rights, and bragged about appointing the Supreme Court justices who overturned Roe v. Wade – and on the heels of news breaking about his private support for a national abortion ban.
What’s more, both of them are former Trump critics who are changing their tune to win a primary. Pensler once said that Trump spoke at a “fourth-grade level.” Rogers spent almost a decade criticizing Donald Trump, even as a paid commentator for CNN. He’s been quoted as saying it’s “time to move on [from Trump],” criticizing Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election, and eviscerating Trump’s national security record. He referred to Trump as a “gangster,” and for the early part of 2023, explored running against Trump in the GOP primary.
This won’t be the last time we see Donald Trump here in Michigan. It also won’t be the last time we see him standing alongside a Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate.
Donald Trump knows that he can’t win the presidency—and Republicans can’t flip the Senate—without winning here in Michigan.
He and his allies are going to do whatever it takes to win here. So we’re asking you to help us stop them.
