Everyone brings something to the table when they are welcomed. Yet, two-thirds of our friends, families, coworkers, and neighbors report feeling like they don’t belong. The good news is that we can create a stronger sense of community—together.  

The American Immigration Council and Ad Council’s Belonging Begins With Us campaign is proud to partner with the Team Up Project on our new PSA, “Shared Table,” dedicated to inspiring people from all walks of life to connect with one another through shared community activities.

The PSA encourages people to step outside their comfort zones and unite across lines of difference for stronger, more connected communities.

The PSA will be distributed to more than 1,800 channels across the country to encourage people to make some space across their shared tables and connect with others, no matter who they are or where they come from.

At the Council, we believe the power of connection lies right outside your comfort zone. We hope you’ll join us in making your community a more welcoming place for everyone.
