I’ll be upfront with you, I’ve got a favor to ask.
I’ll be upfront with you,
I’ve got a favor to ask: If you're able to, I need you to make a donation toward my end-of-quarter fundraising goal. You can make a secure donation using this link here >>
The reason I’m being so direct is because last week, “conservative crusader” and Trump loyalist Jeanne Ives won the Republican primary and will officially be challenging me this November.
My opponent has given Trump an “A” rating on all of his policy stances in his first term.
That’s an “A” rating for giving tax cuts to billionaires and giant corporations at the expense of working families.
That’s an “A” rating for his repeated efforts to gut Social Security and dismantle the Affordable Care Act with no replacement plan in sight.
That’s an “A” rating for his reckless decision to withdraw the U.S. from the Paris Climate Agreement, the landmark international treaty which presents a roadmap to address the climate crisis.
It’s not an exaggeration to say that the right-wing extremist agenda she seeks to enact in Washington would be disastrous for the families of this district -- which is why I’m so determined to keep that from happening.
So I’m hitting you up for a favor: Will you pitch in now and help us reach our goal to bring in 136 more donations before our FEC end-of-quarter deadline hits in three days?
Ives’ team will be looking very closely at the fundraising numbers we report at the end of the month -- and I have no doubt National Republican groups and Trump’s campaign will be doing the same.
But with your help, I know we can reach this goal in time.
Let’s do this,
Sean
