Lt. Gov. Crouch statement on S.B. 256
STATEHOUSE (March 5, 2024) ?The following is a statement from Indiana Lt. Gov. Suzanne Crouch on S.B. 256
?Senate Bill 256 returns to the Senate after passing 98-0 in the House on Monday. In that bill are amendments addressing transparency and accountability of Medicaid programs administered through FSSA. As chair of the Indiana Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Task Force and on behalf of our most vulnerable Hoosiers and their families, I am urging senators to keep those amendments in the bill when it?s presented to the full Senate for a vote.?
