Hey everyone,
I'm reaching out today to give you an update on our campaign, and how we're adjusting to our new reality.
The coronavirus is an unprecedented global crisis. It's unlike anything we've ever seen in our lifetime, and it's impacting every part of American life.
Like every business and organization across the country, we've had to drastically change how we run this campaign. We've canceled all of our in-person events, including our fundraisers, and we're looking for new tools and tactics we can invest in to win a very different kind of campaign than the one we had planned to run.
But our reason for running this campaign has not changed -- not one bit. We have an important FEC fundraising deadline coming up on Tuesday. If you're able, please consider pitching in to help reach our goal:

With all the turmoil of the last few weeks, how we perform at this deadline really matters. I'm taking a good hard look at everything, including our paid media budget, to make sure we're stretching every dollar as far as we can.
The bottom line is this: we have an incredible chance to elect John and flip control of the U.S. Senate right here in this race. Coloradans know John, and they know he's a leader they can trust.
But we know Mitch McConnell is going to do whatever he can to keep his majority. And that includes spending millions of dollars on the air to try to tear us down.
Just this week, his super PAC allies announced they planned to go on the air with a huge multi-million dollar ad buy here in Colorado. I want to make sure we have the resources to respond.
That's why I'm reaching out to you today to ask you to make a contribution. If it makes sense for you financially right now, please consider pitching in ahead of Tuesday's FEC deadline:

Thank you for all you do. Please stay safe and stay healthy.
