Hi Partners,
Thank you so much to those who submitted comments on the recently closed Medicare Advantage (MA) CY2025 Proposed Rate Notice. We cannot overstate the importance of voices like yours when it comes to holding the MA program accountable to delivering the high quality and patient-centered care that our nation’s families deserve. It is time for CMS to finally rein in the corporate abuses in the MA program, including the systematic upcoding and overpayments, that are hurting consumers and taxpayers, alike.
As we move forward, we are hoping to gain a better understanding of which of our partners are working on this issue and the best way for us to empower you and work with you on this issue in the future.
Could you please respond to this email letting us know if you decided to comment on this issue, and if you found the template comment we provided helpful in that regard?
Please see here for some sample social [[link removed]] if you’d like to lift up this important issue, find our template comment here [[link removed]] , and the full Families USA official comment here [[link removed]] .
Reach out to me with any questions, and thank you for all your hard work,
Jamie and the FUSA Medicare Advantage Team
