He's honored to have earned the endorsement of the California Democratic Party, Congresswoman Katie Porter (and hundreds of others), Teachers, Labor, the Sierra Club, and more, but has been hit by over $7 million in attack ads. The cruel attacks from opposition are in stark contrast to who Dave is as a person, his life of service, his work in federal and state policy, and the positive campaign he's running.
He already represents our district as our State Senator and will continue to make us proud as a champion for reproductive rights, climate protection, gun violence prevention, small businesses, and protections and rights for abuse survivors and children on the federal level.
Our family loved celebrating Dave's birthday last March 5th with hundreds of community members, Congresswoman Katie Porter, and dozens of local elected officials.
