John, We all want the young people in our lives to be champions, don’t we? We help them excel in school, sports, and extracurriculars so they can become responsible adults who give back to society in meaningful ways. This spring break, why not help students become champions for the most vulnerable? At Oregon Right to Life, we’re inviting teens and young adults ages 16–21 to join us for Launch, our annual leadership retreat for pro-life students. During March 24–27, 2024, students will take a deep dive into the pro-life world. They’ll meet like-minded peers, learn effective apologetics strategies for opposing abortion and euthanasia, and develop strong leadership skills. Young pro-life advocates who participated in Launch in the past have been enthusiastic about their experience. One student, Bernadette, said the program gave her confidence and helped her learn how to have “tough conversations.” Lydia encouraged young people to come to Launch “if you’re even a little bit curious about what you could gain from this program” since “it’s going to be so much more than you expect.” “Definitely come,” Audrea urged fellow pro-life students. The $200 per student registration cost covers lodging and all meals. Scholarships are available as needed. Apply for Launch 2024 today. We can’t wait to see you there!
