The Minnesota Department of Commerce seeks proposals from qualified organizations or individuals to (1) conduct a comprehensive analysis of the best practices and risk mitigation strategies employed by energy utility critical infrastructure providers who publicly publish distribution system information, (2) produce a final report detailing the incremental risk and security trade-offs realized by Minnesota?s electric distribution system and dependent critical infrastructure produced by the facilitation of publicly-available grid information, and (3) participate in stakeholder working groups and public agenda meetings facilitated by the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission.

A Request for Proposals and required forms are available to view and download on the Minnesota Department of Commerce?s RFP website at [link removed] through the submission deadline.

Proposals must be submitted by no later than Friday, March 29, 2024 at 5:00 PM Central Time. Proposals must be submitted to [email protected]*. *Instructions for submitting proposals are detailed in the RFP. *Late proposals will not be considered.*

This request does not obligate the State to complete the work contemplated in this notice.? The State reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. All expenses incurred in responding to this notice are solely the responsibility of the responder.
