With only hours to go until Primary Day, I’m reflecting on the state of our race.

North Carolina is always a deep purple, competitive state. It’s no easy feat to win a statewide election here. But we’re building a coalition of grassroots supporters that can overcome whatever obstacles the GOP throws our way — including an influx of out-of-state funds for our far-right opponent, Lt. Governor Mark Robinson.

National Republican groups see this race as their best chance to pick up a Governor’s Office. They know this seat is vulnerable — and as soon as the GOP primary is decided, we expect big money from out-of-state to pour into this race to boost my opponent.

We WILL take them on together.

Our team is still a little bit short of meeting our pre-primary fundraising target, and there are only a few hours left to get there. We HAVE to set this team up for success when the general election period begins. That means we can’t afford to fall short. Will you chip in NOW to close the gap?
