Five fast facts on WTF just happened at SCOTUS.

1. Last year, Coloradans filed a lawsuit in federal courts arguing that the law forbids Trump from running for president again after leading the January 6 insurrection.

2. Trump’s legal team appealed to SCOTUS, still arguing he should be allowed on the 2024 Presidential ballot.

3. Just now, the Supreme Court announced their decision: Defendant Trump will be allowed on the Colorado ballot in 2024.

4. This decision confirms what we already knew: the Supreme Court is undemocratic. 

5. This case was about more than the Colorado ballot, it was about if we, America, accept insurrection and violence as part of our political process. SCOTUS today affirmed that, yes. It does. For that reason, the court must be reformed. 

Later this month, SCOTUS will rule on Mifepristone. If they remove this drug from the market, it will be another attack against democracy and the will of the people. We will be there to stop them. Are you with us?
