Hello Kansas Democrats!
It’s Governor Tim Walz of Minnesota, here. I’m so excited to come to Topeka in a couple of weeks to speak at your annual Washington Days Convention banquet on Saturday, March 16th.
A little bit about me: I’m a veteran. I was a public school teacher for 20 years and then a U.S. Congressman, and now I’m serving my second term as Governor of the great state of Minnesota and as the newly elected Chair of the Democratic Governors Association.
We accomplished so many great things for Minnesotans last year, including expanding voting rights, strengthening workers’ rights, and passing tax cuts for Minnesota families.
