Spring is right around the corner and so is election season.  Read on to learn more - and mark your calendar for the March Statewide Meeting on March 18^th at 8 pm!

This will be the kind of day that we all look forward to. We'll be able to share more details as we get closer and of course discuss the details at our Statewide Call.

Join us as we embark on a journey from events originating in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia to a combined event in Harrisburg. We'll be joined by some familiar faces from National Leadership and some new faces that you'll get to know very well between now and November.

Support breeds support

Whether you attended one of our Leap Forward Day events or made a financial contribution, we appreciate your support as we prepare for our biggest year yet. About 50 people participated in one way or another and we even inspired some other states to hold their own Leap Forward Day Campaigns. We'll have to do it again in 2028!

If you are considering running for office in November...

There are some things you might not be aware of.

Anyone that wants to get on the ballot in November as an independent or 3rd party, needs to not be a registered Democrat or Republican as of 30 days before the Primary. The Primary is April 23rd so you only have about two weeks to change your registration if that's an option you'd like to have. 

The races we'd most like to compete in this year are the State house races. Please take a moment to look up your State Representative and learn about the race. You could even reach out to the people running and ask if they have positions on Ranked Choice Voting/ Open Primaries and the other issues that matter most to you. We'd love to hear what you find, and if you find that you'd like more information about running, please reach out.

Here are our other goals for 2024:

• We will run a Statewide Candidate who wins 2% of the statewide total.
• We will run several State House Candidates in the hopes of winning enough to prevent either of the major parties from achieving a majority.
• We will build our volunteer base across the Commonwealth.
• We will identify & develop leaders at the Regional & County levels.
• We will dramatically increase the number of monthly donors.
