The U.S. Supreme Court ruled on a landmark decision regarding former President Donald Trump’s appeal to remain on the 2024 presidential primary ballot in Colorado. This case is broadly viewed as the most significant election case since Bush v. Gore in 2000.
In a unanimous 9-0 opinion, SCOTUS ruled President Trump shall remain on all state and territory ballots.
The Court found no single person or state has the authority to inversely condemn the value of another state's collective vote nor that of an individual voter in another state.
The Kansas Republican Party led 32 other states and territories in filing an Amicus Brief to SCOTUS on this case.
