What was most notable was the obvious unity among all justices who shared their concerns about allowing a single state, or a handful of individuals, the power to remove President Trump from the ballot and upend the election for the rest of the country.
The other side simply could not withstand the scrutiny and make a legitimate argument for their unconstitutional power grab.
All the justices, regardless of their political ideology, underscored the gravity of the decision, highlighting the potential repercussions of allowing states to unilaterally disqualify candidates based on political motivations. The prospect of disrupting the electoral process and undermining the democratic principles of free and fair elections weighed heavily in their decision today.
Now that this absurd 14th Amendment case has finally been decided by the U.S. Supreme Court, voters can move on to determining this election at the ballot box in November, hopefully with all other challenges to President Trump's candidacy across the country coming to a close.
The Colorado Republican Party will now pivot to defeating Joe Biden while working with President Trump to get across the finish line in the general election.
Thank you for your unwavering support and commitment to our shared conservative Republican principles. Together, we will restore balance to Colorado and the White House.
For Free & Fair Elections,
