AVFCA Weekly Update
And AVFCA February Blog Posts!

This week's video summary includes information on a bill making its way through the West Virginia legislature that would instate a Religious Exemption for School Vaccine Mandates in school. This would be another big win for religoius freedoms and on the path to giving children the ability to go to school without having to be vaccinated. This will also impact the momentum of the lawsuit AVFCA is sponsoring to instate a religious exemption in California. More information about this bill, as well as some other topics can be watched here:

During February, AVFCA brought awareness to specific observance days by sharing our original stories that matched these themes:

National Fasting February: “Intermittent Fasting: A Beginner’s Reference”
Intermittent fasting (IF) has gained in popularity over the past few years. It can be extremely effective for reversing insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes, as well as helpful for weight loss. IF is a centuries-old spiritual practice, giving your organs a chance to rest, and insulin a time to come into balance. Caution should be given to how you fast, in collaboration with your integrative healthcare practitioner. [link removed] [[link removed]]
