Gun violence in America is at crisis level. Every day, over 300 people are shot and over 100 are killed with guns. Guns are the leading cause of death for U.S. children and teens. And it’s estimated that gun violence now costs the country almost $300 billion a year—more than is spent on transportation, science, education and health combined.
