We're proud to announce that Sacramento DSA has officially endorsed our very own David Mandel for Congress!
David is a longtime DSA member, human rights attorney, and Jewish Voice for Peace activist running on a pro-ceasefire, democratic socialist platform. He has been active with our chapter since 2017, primarily as an International Committee co-chair where he has organized for years against the Israeli occupation of Palestine.

David is challenging AIPAC-endorsed corporate Democrat Doris Matsui, who has refused to call for a ceasefire or support Medicare for All. Thanks to his decades of tireless advocacy for peace and social justice, we cannot imagine a better candidate for a moment like this when millions of people across the country and globe are standing in solidarity with Palestinians and demanding that our resources be used for human needs, not corporate profits and genocide.
