John,As we step into March, I want to pause and recognize the significance of Women's History Month to celebrate the invaluable contributions and resilience of women throughout history.

I am deeply moved by the stories, achievements, and unwavering strength of women who have shaped our society in profound ways.

This month provides us with a moment to honor the progress made, acknowledge the hurdles still faced, and reaffirm our commitment to creating a more inclusive world for everyone.

I urge each of us to celebrate the accomplishments of women, acknowledge the barriers they have shattered, and underscore the ongoing efforts required to achieve gender equality. I hope everyone can use this time to elevate the voices and stories of women in our state.
