• If women are hindered from making autonomous health care choices, we fall short of equality.
• If the absence of guaranteed paid family leave forces women to choose between family and career, we fall short of equality.
• If pay disparities persist, especially affecting women of color, we fall short of equality.

Friend, it's evident that true equality isn't just about rights on paper; it's about lived experiences and daily realities.

I've stood behind legislation that champions women's health, economic fairness, and equal opportunities. Despite these efforts, challenges remain, particularly with current political dynamics that threaten to undermine women's rights and equality.

We're at a pivotal moment. The actions we take today will shape the world for future generations. As a father, I envision a world for my daughter where her choices, career, and well-being are not compromised. I'm committed to creating that world, not just for her, but for all our daughters and granddaughters.
