John,
On Tuesday night, more than 100,000 Michigan voters chose ‘Uncommitted’ in
the Democratic presidential primary. Many of us have been sounding the
alarm for months. But last night, Michigan voters sent a very clear
message:
Voters are NOT happy with the handling of the war in Gaza — and I agree
with them.
The fragile coalition we worked so hard to build in 2020 to take back the
White House is at risk of falling apart if we don’t immediately rebuild
relationships and listen to our progressive base.
We shouldn’t be trying to figure out how to get Republican voters to vote
for us, we should be working to get our own base back to us. If we don’t
pay attention to their moral outrage and shift course, they will swing
right out to the sidelines.
There’s still time to change this dynamic, but it’s going to take ALL of
us making our voices heard to make the drastic strategy shift we need.

and demand an immediate ceasefire in Gaza. You can add your name here.
