In recent weeks, we have seen the Democratic-led House take decisive action on everything from protecting Dreamers to reforming our gun safety laws to getting big money out of politics.

But in the Senate, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has shamefully acted as a self-described "Grim Reaper," allowing bill after bill to die in his legislative graveyard.
