John, Congress does not look like our country: More than half of the members of Congress are millionaires!

Too few of our representatives understand the importance of raising the minimum wage, universal health care, universal child care, and affordable housing – stacking the odds against working people.

So now we’re asking you: Should there be more working class candidates in Congress? ([link removed])

YES ([link removed])
NO ([link removed])
UNSURE ([link removed])

------------------------------------------------------------

Congress wants us to stand by silently as they make themselves wealthier while ignoring the most pressing needs to the working class…but we won’t.

That’s why we need candidates like Tekesha. As a renter, product of the foster care system, and mother of five, she too has been denied a seat at the table her whole life – and is centering her campaign around the people too often left behind by those in power.

Tekesha is running for Congress to represent working families like her own – and we want to see how many people stand with her. We currently have no input from 19125, so please take the poll before midnight >> ([link removed])
