I'll cut right to the chase.

If Texas Governor Greg Abbott and other politicians who push an anti-abortion agenda really cared about the health and safety of Texans, they wouldn't have gone to court to force hospitals to deny patients emergency abortion care, as required by the federal Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act. That’s just one example of the cruelty that motivates abortion opponents, who don't actually care about patients' health -- but only about control.

And now, Texas is backing the anti-abortion radical who brought a baseless $1.8 BILLION lawsuit against Planned Parenthood. Together they are trying to shut down Planned Parenthood health centers, using false allegations of Medicaid wrongdoing. This suit risks the lives of millions of Texans who need high-quality, affordable health services.
