If the Marine Reserves Bill passes, the state's five Marine Reserves that protect almost 10% of our state's ocean waters for biodiversity will continue to enhance ecological resilience, increase long-term ecological and socio-economic monitoring, and boost engagement with coastal communities (including Tribes).
